The ESL Theatre Project in Tokyo is the Rainbow Kids Yoga branch in Japan and represents Rainbow Kids Yoga in Asia.
The studio is managed by Lei Sadakari, a Rainbow Kids Yoga senior trainer.
It is located in suburban Tokyo and has a beautiful outdoor garden, where you can enjoy the seasonal nature and practice under the natural daylight.
Its goal is to allow the busy Tokyo community of adults and children, who don't have much time to play, to gather in a beautiful place that can be their hideaway and playground and have fun Yoga lessons under the natural daylight, and at the same time breathe some fresh air.
This is a place that anyone can be a child again and have FUN!

Our Teacher:
Lei Sadakari - Lei has been in love with drama and Yoga since she was a little kid herself.
She loves to be on stage, she loves to move and to entertain people. Lei studied and taught Asian Theater at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Hawaii from 1996 to 2004 and she was inspired there to combine both of her passions - drama and Yoga. In 2005, she founded an English school in Tokyo - ESL Theater Project - and developed a program to teach English to kids and adults through Drama Yoga.
After taking Yoga Ed. and Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher trainings, she expanded her Drama Yoga program to kindergartens and schools and has now opened the first Asian Rainbow Kids Yoga Center in Tokyo.
