The YOGA&ARTE studio in Madrid is the Rainbow Kids Yoga branch in Spain and represents Rainbow Kids Yoga in Europe. The studio is owned and managed by Cayetana Rodenas, a Rainbow Kids Yoga senior trainer. It is located right in the center of Madrid, with the goal of making adults and children feel at home, while practicing a fun, healthy and non-competitive activity.

YOGA&ARTE is one of the first centers to offer Kids Yoga in Madrid, in addition to offering Teacher Training Programs for adults, as well as for kids.

Cayetana also teaches the Rainbow Kids Yoga 3-Day 'Yoga for Kids and Families' Teacher Trainings in Europe. She will be teaching in Athens on March, Eastbourne on April, Dublin on May, Sofia on June, London on August, Paris on October and Rome on November.

Our Teacher:

Cayetana Rodenas - Cayetana is the YOGA&ARTE founder and director. She is a Hatha, Dynamic and Kids Yoga teacher. She studied Education, specializing in Music, as well as Drama, in the Crisitna Rota Actor´s School, in Madrid. She also studied Dance, Ballet, Flamenco and Jazz, and lived for a while in New York City, where she enriched her Drama and Dance knowledge. Her passion for Yoga began 11 years ago, in difererent Yoga schools in Madrid and other cities in the world. She lived in Australia for 5 years, where she completed her Teacher Training at the Australasian Yoga Institute, in Melbourne. She also completed Yoga for Kids Training with Marsha Wenig, from YogaKids, and the Radiant Child Yoga Program (RCYP) with Shakta Kaur Kalsa. In 2007, her dream became a reality, when she had the opportunity to open her new studio and was able to become a full time Yoga teacher. Since then, all her passion and dedication are focused in creating a center for quality Yoga and Yoga for Kids in Spain. She also paricipated in a TV program presenting the Yoga section and she is working on a TV program for kids. At this time, Cayetana is the RainbowKids Yoga representative in Europe, travelling regularly to teach, while also managing the center in Madrid.
