Join the Rainbow Kids Yoga Class Plan Contest on Facebook Today and Win a FREE Entry to one of our 3-Day Kids and Family Yoga Teacher Trainings of 2012!

Create and share your favorite class plan, allowing other Kids Yoga teachers to experiment with it in their classes, write comments about it and make suggestions.

It's an opportunity for you to broadcast your ideas and get feedback from other Kids Yoga teachers!

The class plan with the most Likes on our Facebook Page will win you (or a friend) a FREE SPACE in one of our super fun 3 - Day Kids and Family Yoga Teacher Trainings (valued at $685)!


Please write your class plan with as many details as you can, describing the Yoga sequences, games and relaxation techniques you use (you are welcome to decorate it with pictures where words fall short), and submit it in a Word document to info@rainbowkidsyoga.net

The Class Plans will be published as Notes on our Facebook Page and you will be able to also download them.

Your class plan can be on any topic that inspires you!

It can be a Yoga journey, a Yoga story, a class with a particular mental/emotional concept or a physical focus/topic.

It can be for a certain age group or for parents and kids to do together - It's up to you to be creative and inventive!

Deadline for submission will be February 29, 2012!        The winner will be announced on March 31st, 2012!

This will allow enough time for people to try out and play with your class plans.
