Invent a new yoga pose that has never been seen or heard of before (that you know of) and win a free place in one of our famous 3 Day Trainings all over the world!

Here is a new Spider Pose... demonstrated by Angel and Emma. We are using a well known yoga pose, the
Table Top, but by doing it together we have created something totally new.... it has 8 legs, and it's really fun!

The ancient yoga scriptures declare that there are 84,000 Yoga poses in existence... if you take the time to think about it, it really means that every movement of our body can be a yoga pose.
So we encourage you here to invent a totally new pose and share it with the world!
There is no limit to what an open and imaginative mind can create - we look forward to seeing your inventions!

You can send a picture of yourself or you are welcome to also make your innovative pose a partner or a group pose. There is only one rule when inventing new yoga poses: it has to feel good!

Please email us an original size photo (only one!) of your creations to info@rainbowkidsyoga.net.
In your email please include your name, city and country of residence and the name of your new pose. You can also include some information or explanation about the pose.
We’ll post the photos in an album on the Rainbow Kids Yoga Facebook Page and on our site.

The inventor with the most votes ('Likes' on our Facebook page) will win a free place in one of our famous 3 Day Trainings all over the world.

Deadline for submission is July 15th, the winner will be announced on August 1st.
